Thank you for all you have done for sorting out our computer systems at home.Both machines are working very well and Christine is delighted to be able to log on to pursue her new intetrest ( she panics when things go wrong!!!!!!). She hasn't yet ventured shopping but I think it is only a matter of time!!!

Hi Ian
Cheers for installing are two new laptops and wireless printer the kids are now happy and I am happy they are not on my pc any more. There was a slight problem with the printer a few days after you left but it was a member of my family who made a mistake, anyway things are all back to normal.
